This is the best place to stay nearby you will ever find. The room is big. You share a master bathroom with only one guest. You park on premises (not on the street). It is very quiet. The gas station/convenience store is like 100 away on the main road. The highway is barely 1000 feet away. Tim is the best host you will ever find. You can’t go wrong here!

Second time staying with Tim while doing an event at The Big E. Super convenient as it's only a four minute drive to Gate 1. No frills. Just clean, comfortable bed and shared bath and walkable neighborhood for my dog.

Tim was a nice host and quick to communicate and answer any questions! The location is next to a highway, and while for me it was not the best location, during the summer months the proximity to the Connecticut River and Six Flags New England could be a good feature. I was the only guest staying there so I had the bathroom to myself, which has a jetted tub (didn’t use) as well as a pretty good shower with jets that sprays water at mid level. The only other things I would mention is the carpet in the room was quite stained, and feels clammy if you walk on it barefoot, and there was a layer of dust on the bottom of a table. There were also hairs from what might have been a haircut that clung to my hard shell suitcase after laying it on the floor. And no headboard on the bed, even though the picture shows one. Take it how you will; Airbnb guests are required to enter and exit through the back door. Other than that my stay was uneventful and quiet. I was told to come back again soon.
