The property was clean, well located and with a wonderful terrace with fabulous view; however, it is very tired with cracked tiles in the bathroom, a sink with a plug that didn't hold water, sheets and pillows that had seen better days and the cushions for the sun-loungers dirty. The tiredness of the property was not really evident from the cleverly taken photos. The plumbing proved a real problem since whenever anyone in the building ran water the pump made an intrusive noise which went on most of the night. The agent was responsive when the taxi they booked wasn't there on arrival at the airport, when the code to get into the property we had been given didn't work as there had been a change of code and when one of the French windows didn't open due to a broken lock. So, although we loved Valletta and will return, we will not be returning to this property and will not be recommending the apartment to friends.

Overall lovely location with a great patio. Easy access to restaurants and sites. Quiet location. Very good communication and clean, well appointed place. No person on site but the contact via Airbnb responded well and checked in so that was appreciated. Only awkward part was having to go to a third party site outside of Airbnb to get access but I fault Airbnb for allowing this when they always warn against it.

The apartment is in a great location with a lovely terrace with spectacular views over the Grand Harbour. It was extremely clean, very well equipped, and very spacious for me and my husband. Communication was excellent and extremely helpful. It is within walking distance of all the attractions in Valletta. We had a great time and woukd highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
