The place was great and accurate to the description. Pool and view are amazing. Check-in and out was simple and efficient. Really the only thing I would criticize (and this may be a positive to others) is they aren’t accommodating to having guests on the property. I had two local friends bring us down from the airport in Cancun and they weren’t allowed to come in to see the place. I thought that was a bit much and may deter me from staying here again in the future.

If you want to be in the center of everything in playa del Carmen, this is the right place for you. We loved the convenience of being able to grab lunch or dinner a few blocks away. The pool was convenient and usually not crowded. The beach was just beyond the pool. The beach right in front does have rocks making it hard to get into the water, but just a few hotels down is an area to get in the water that doesn’t have rocks.
