I had a wonderful stay. The room is listed as having no window but that’s not true. There are plenty of windows they are just at ground level and can’t really be opened on account of being located next to a busy street. The heritage team was super communicative and helpful!

I will start by saying that the Heritage listings are in a great location that is close to Chinatown and the nearest subway entrance. The room itself is clean and does its basic functions. Unfortunately though, Heritage possesses a bit of an inflexible change/cancellation policy. I needed to change my dates at the listing due to medical reasons, and ultimately, Airbnb had to get involved to push for a refund and to get the dates changed because the host refused to do so. Also, the washers and dryers automatically turn off at 9:00PM, and do not become available again until 9:00AM, which is inconvenient for someone who is not at the Airbnb throughout the day and needs to do laundry at night. For a place that costs $150-$175 USD per night, the change policy should be much more flexible, and laundry services should be available at all times. I hope that Heritage rectifies these gaps in their listing to ensure for a better experience for travelers in the future.

Maica and Mary very helpful and super friendly. Good location and you would get everything you need while you stay here . Highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come to Singapore
