My husband went through two major back surgeries, and I ended up very sick for 20 plus days during our 51-night stay in the home. It was a stressful and difficult time for both of us. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of Deborah and Alan. They went out of their way for us during this difficult time. From helping to find dog walkers, to bringing my husband great coffee. The home is comfortable with beautiful natural soft knotty pine floors. We have a 60lb labradoodle and even though we were taking him to have his nails filed every 7 to 10 days at the groomer, it only took one nail not filed, before there’s a deep scratches in the beautiful soft floor. We wanted to be proactive an provided a quote to Deborah on the damage, and took care of it. I would caution anyone with a pet to beware of the very soft floors. This was on us for not asking about the floors. Thank you, Deborah and Alan, for the warm caring and concern during our time in your home. Cathy & Fred

Don’t look further! You will not find a better place and a better host. The place is incredible, has all the high quality necessary amenities and Deborah is the best host ever. The place is exactly as described in the picture, and Deborah has furnished it with taste and the kitchen has everything that you need. For someone who enjoys cooking this was very appreciated!

What a stylish bungalow in the best part of town! We had the best stay while our home was being renovated. Perfect walk to town and all the parks. Deborah was an all-star host and the house is the cutest!! Neighbors are great too if you stay for a longer period. Highly recommend (& so do my kids :-) :-)

Deborah has made the Black Bungalow one of our favorite stays. Communication was rapid and helpful. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. Everything you could possibly need was provided upon arrival. It was an effortless and very pleasurable stay in the beautiful, walkable town of Zionsville. We went to an outdoor Jazz concert at Coxhall Gardens and also attended The LUME, Monet and Friends Alive which was so amazing.......3D Art and classical music together!!!
