Pats house was exactly as described; clean, well appointed and spacious. My family had a great week at the beach, the backyard was a highlight for us in addition to being centrally located and walkable to everything. 10/10!

I stayed here with my in-laws, wife, and children, and every single person in our group loved this home. Being able to please both my in-laws (in different ways) is a rarity, but my mother-in-law loved the thoughtful layout and amenities while my father-in-law liked being walking distance to all his favorite spots in Bay Head. Our kids loved going to the beach, my wife enjoyed sitting on a rocking chair on the porch, and I was happy that everyone was happy. This home has everything you could want or need for a beach vacation including sand toys, beach chairs, towels, and a cart to haul it all in. Pat was very helpful in giving us tips about the area and was quick to respond to any messages we sent. Beds were comfortable, AC was strong, and the location is close to all the best shops in town. The only real issue we had is that we couldn't stay there longer! If/when we return to Bay Head, we will definitely want to stay at Pat's again!

We just spent 3 weeks at Pat's property. She was amazing in terms of being responsive to us from the minute we made our reservation. She referred us to Shore Riders from whom we rented beach cruiser bicycles (highly recommend them also). It is a great location -- easy walk to the beach and beach badges, chairs, towels, etc were provided. You can also walk to Burke's Market or Lovelandtown Market for many essentials rather than getting in the car. Ample parking. The outdoor shower was a hit with our family. Nice big tables for dining in backyard and dining room. We enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs. Plenty of kitchen equipment (and plates, glassware, etc) if you want to dine in rather than out. And the master suite is really lovely! The only drawback for some might be the busy street. We only had adults so it was fine. I might not rent if I had young children. The busy street did not have nighttime traffic that made enough noise to impact sleeping.

Beautiful clean home and a great location. Good communication form host. Short walk to the beach, local bakery and restaurant. Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off all the beach sand.

Pat’s home is the perfect place to stay in Bay Head, NJ! It is a quick walk to many of the town’s attractions as well as the beach. The inside of the house is fully renovated and beautiful and very clean. We would highly recommend
