I am staying at Eleonara's flat for a little over a month, and I would like to confirm that this accommodation is truly excellent. First of all, Eleonara has everything in the room well-prepared and fully equipped. Everything is in good condition and ready for use, and she has a detailed guide provided (and she's happy to answer any questions if you find the information unclear). Second is the location, which is close to tourist areas but not so close that you feel disturbed. You can have quiet nights suitable for relaxation, yet you can also walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. If you prefer to take the tram, it's the best flat as it's just a few steps away from the tram station. On the check-in day, my flight was canceled and delayed due to a snowstorm, causing me to worry about the check-in time. However, she encouraged and understood my situation. When I arrived, she made the check-in process easy and quick. This flat is truly outstanding.

Amazing stay. Very good location with easy access to almost most of the key places to visit. The place is clean, tidy with everything that is needed. I will stay at this place again when I visit Florence again, hopefully in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay at Eleonora’s place. It’s located within walking distance (20-30min) to the main hubbub, or you can take a tram in. There is also a great local area about 15 mins away from the city direction with local fare and prices! The studio itself was lovely, clean, and well equipped though we ate out every meal. Instructions were provided for everything in advance, so it was super helpful.

El apartamento de Eleonora era tal cual se muestra en las imagenes. estaba limpio y era acogedor y agradable. Estuve 7 días y me sentí comoda y segura. quedaba algo lejos del centr pero cerca de la estancia de mi.prima.que es a quien iba a avistar así que por mi estuvo todo muy bien.

I just finished spending an entire month at this flat and let me tell you it's perfect. It's in a great location that makes it easy to walk wherever you'd like, it's very clean, quiet, and comes with everything you need for your stay. I truly loved this flat and was very happy to call it home for a month.. I even painted a little angel fish for Eleonora to say thank you because she is an amazing host and was so easy and helpful to communicate with right from the start and made sure to be available when I had any questions. I will definitely be staying here again when I travel back to Florence!
