Clean and cosy space for a few days away walking and biking, great location on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Modern bathroom with large shower was fantastic, as was the comfy bed. Nice selection of breakfast items was very much enjoyed, thank you!

A Very nice and unusually property, clean and well looked after. Unfortunately the spiral stairs are very compact which makes it difficult to take anything upstairs. However upstairs is lovely and the the bathroom large and well presented. And a lovely touch with food being provided for breakfast. Neil and Jo.

First time staying in a cottage like this and I would definitely return! Lovely little cottage with beautiful surroundings - a stone throw away from the viking trial which was a lovely walk. The cottage had a real homely feel to it like a home away from home had everything we need and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast supplies were a really nice touch too had everything we needed. Chris and his wife were super responsive too and responded straight away whenever I had any questions and let us have a later check out which was no issue. 10/10 😊😊😊

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful, quiet location and a perfect base for exploring the local area which is full of interesting walks and places to visit. The studio looks out onto a lovely private, enclosed garden and there is a small patio in front of the door with a table and chairs for the guests to use
