Amazing place, views are amazing, house is in a very great neighborhood. Only thing I would liked to be better is the sealing of the house. Meaning there are way too many openings and cracks that are not sealed. On doors and ceilings. I understand we’re in Ecuador and there is little creatures but they get in and out of the house way too much. Small lizards and bugs. Also please be aware of the people living next door (that watch the house ) coming into the house when you’re not home. Happened at the last day. Didn’t feel secure once I found out they were in the house when I wasn’t home. I had to make sure I had all of my belongings and documents. House is amazing but there’s little things that need to be addressed for the price of the house. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to on this house

The place was very peaceful and my family had a great time. The children had a lovely time in the swimming pool and the beach. I would definitely recommend this house for a lovely getaway.
