I stayed at this Airbnb with 5 of my friends. Although the pictures look as if this place is clean it was definitely not. The sofas, outdoor furniture and sheets all had stains on them. The glass window in the house was broken and presented a huge caution danger. Additionally to all of this, the house had bed bugs! I even paid for a cleaning service to come. The Airbnb host is not being respectful or caring at all. He didn’t reimburse me for my stay even though I had to switch places due to the situation. I had the most uncomfortable sleeping situation. I was up all night because of this. My body is filled with bite marks. The least they could do was reimburse me. Worst stay ever

We are really thankful, that we've choosen this apartment for our stay in Tel Aviv in June 2022. Not only, that the location is awesome with everything around you (restaurants, bars, supermarkets and of course the beach). The big front-terrace with direct view to the mediterranean sea was really an extreme plus and the outdoor shower was actually the only shower we needed, as it was really unique using this. Of course, vacation always can be a bit cheaper, but we've selected this apartment due to the awesome terrace with the free view to the ocean and that's why it was obviously somehow worth the high price. We must point out, that HolyGuest was a great host from begin till end. We had some small issues with the Wifi after our arrival and we immediately got a mechanic sent over by HolyGuest who repaired it for us very quickly. The communication was very good and we received all important information from arrival till departure on-time. Also, if there were any questions in between, HolyGuest answered very quick and suggested solutions, if needed. We definitely recommend staying in an apartment hosted by HolyGuest. For this again... Toda HolyGuest!
