This was my first solo trip and I was so happy with everything. Catalina was friendly and her home is lovely and charming. It’s easy to get around the city via the metro or bus but there’s also lots to do in the area and I would recommend walking to get a feel of the city. I always felt safe there so I’d recommend for any solo travellers who may be worried about that. I had a nice bedroom and access to a toilet and shower. Thank you Catalina for a lovely stay, I’d be more than happy to stay again when I come back to Paris :)

Catalina has a wonderful location close to many sites such as the Luxembourg Gardens and the famous restaurant Les Deux Magots, that was frequented by Hemingway. She was helpful with suggestions and provided me with a subway map, which was so helpful in getting around the city to quickly to see all the sites.

Catalina and her husband were the warmest hosts. The place was as listed: cozy, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was in the heart of Paris: very walkable and close to public transportation.
