An old fisherman's house turned into a family house . Located in the pretty fishing port of "La Cotinière", 350 meters from the harbor, the fish market and shops and 500 meters from the beaches. On a surface of 100 m2: 1 living room, 2 bedrooms (1 parental bedroom and a dormitory), 1 large kitchen, 1 bathroom and a terrace. You are comfortable up to 6 but the commodities allow you to be a little more numerous. Bed linen and towels provided. The blue house is very basic. Bikes, games, books and magazines are at your disposal. The house keeps its soul : it will welcome you exactly as it does for us, because we visit it throughout the year. All basics supplied, though . Enough to have a good breakfast and not to hurry to do your shopping , in order to feel right away on vacation. Drop your bags, enjoy and replace/ fill up for the following people ! One last tip: do not plan too many activities, the blue house can make you lazy!

Une belle adresse dans une ruelle pleine de charme de la Cotinière. Maison très agréable, pleine de charme, mention spéciale pour la magnifique terrasse plein sud. Marie est très réactive et très efficace. Merci beaucoup!

Maison pleine de charme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien ! Plein de BD pour tous, jeux, très bonne literie. Ville et plage à côté, accessibles à pied. Si vous fuyez les lieux impersonnels et aseptisés, et si vous aimez le charme et le confort, foncez ;-)

Très belle semaine passée dans la maison bleue en famille, très bien équipée et bien placée pour tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Quartier agréable et voisinage sympathique.

The Blue House is extremely cozy, home-like place where you just hope you had more days to spend. Very good spot, a short walking distance from the shore / center. Marie is very reachable and everything went very smoothly!

The house is located very close to the small fishing port and the Cotinière beach.
There are so many beautiful beaches on the island that the one just there, after the church, remains quiet all year round. It is always nice to walk around and take a walk towards the lighthouse.
This one or Matha, 2 km away, are the best for crab fishing.
There is a sailing school at the Rémigeasse beach (4 or 5 km) which offers water activities for children (surf, sailing, windsurfing).
However our favorite spot is Vertbois (8 km). The tide discovers there very slowly making a paradise for children. For teenagers and adults , there are many watersports activities: surfing, kitesurfing, paddle, water rescue, beach sailing.
Towards the north, we find peace in Les Huttes (8 km), but we have to walk between the dunes to go and we are lazy ... but it's worth it!
Opposite, in Boyardville (12 km), the children will be happy to play in the big dunes in front of the famous fort.
