I had a pleasant experience with the check-in process at this Airbnb, as it was very smooth and Fulvio was quick to respond to any questions, making our stay comfortable. We stayed at this place for 7 nights. The location is quiet and well-situated, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. Firstly, the water temperature was quite erratic, switching between hot and cold, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom faucet failed to supply any hot water. The listing also mentioned the availability of a crib and a drying rack, but neither were provided upon arrival. The absence of the crib, in particular, caused significant inconvenience.

Super lokalizacja i gospodarz. Kwatera pozostawia nieco do życzenia (szczególnie ogrzewanie), natomiast metraż i czystość były bardzo dobre! Polecam!

Unfortunately this was our worst experience. The bedding was extremely dirty with stains and specious smell. The floor was dusty. The extra bed was full of dog hair and dirt.

Good host, kind, prompt and helpful. Absolutely great that the fridge was stocked with beer, wine and soda for fee so you can refresh right away on arrival and just leave the cash there. The disadvantage was the boiler which had trouble heating water for the shower and radiator simultaneously. We were there over the Easter holidays and it was quite cold. I believe there is no need for heating over the summer and the boiler heats the water for shower without any problem. There was a little light in the apartment. Overall we liked the apartment and the price was very good.
