My extended family of 10 adults 13-65 years old plus 1 toddler of 2 years were comfortably housed at Villa Eva for 1 week. It was centrally located for my needs with easy access to large community pool meters away behind Villa EVA. The amount of wild life you see every morning is amazing! My whole extended family already misses Villa Eva!

Great area lots to do. The host is very helpful and accommodating. This is my second time staying in this area and will definitely return in the future!!

The home was very nice. Some things needed maintenace, but nothing that we couldn't look past. Getting to the home would have been tricky if we wouldn't have gotten the video from Andrea. So thankful that he sent it prior to us arriving. If we had any questions Andrea was available and he also provided us with 2 alternate contacts. Very nice area, and in close proximity to the beach. We would stay here again.

Very responsive with the Community maintenance team to a few small issues that popped up during our stay. Pool was a great amenity. We also used the small plunge pool on the roof to watch a beautiful sunset. We would hire the place again.

Let me start by saying that I found this property to be above and beyond expectations. The host, Andrea was more than accommodating as well as super informative when it came to matters of the house but also the overall property and vicinities. She provided us with information regarding where to eat lunch, breakfast and all the fun activities that you can have in Akumal. I highly recommend that if you are going to stay around the Tulum area in Mexico give this property a chance. One of the best and an incredible loving and accommodating host.
