Absolutely heaven. Incredible house. Insane view. Wonderful hosts. Magic town in walking distance. Truly a dream ! Couldn’t recommend more.

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Even before we arrived Laurie sent us the most amazing list of sightseeing activities including restaurants- we did many of them and they were terrific. When we arrived she started us off with a welcome basket. Delicious food and wine. The house is beautiful and Laurie was helpful whenever we reached out. 10/10. FYI The local tomatoes are to die for.

The villa is a gorgeous Tuscan home in the countryside with modern amenities. The location is on the less touristy side in Tuscany which we loved but if you plan on exploring Tuscany be prepared to drive over 1+ hours each way for the smaller surrounding towns (Eg Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca. note Florence is 2 hour drive away) The home is well appointed with everything you need and very spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with all tools and bathroom amenities as well. Communication was relatively easy with all the hosts (Laurie has local hosts who provide and care for the home when she is not in town which was our case). The manual Laurie put together is invaluable and a great resource for visitors of her best recommendations within the surrounding area that covers everything from restaurants to local attractions etc that really are top notch and you absolutely should take her recommendations. I also appreciated the few extra touches: red and white wine for you to drink, array of other hard alcohol to consume if you wish, use of herb garden, deli meats for snacks with bread, all bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies are provided as well There are some minor improvements that can be made and while I will list them they would NOT deter me from staying again. They are minor but want to be honest: 1/ One thing to note is that if you plan on taking advantage of the surrounding hot springs (do it!!) ask for the outdoor towels at checkin. We didn’t know this nor was it written anywhere in the manual and when we asked for them we felt that we were inconveniencing them and made to feel bad for not asking for them upfront. The towels for some strange reason are locked up and you cannot access them, only the local host has a key to this closet where they are kept. Why they are locked up is beyond me but they are. 2/ both Queen beds are not that comfortable because the mattress has a hump in the middle of the bed from guests sleeping on the ends and not in the Center. One of the two single beds was not comfortable at all and my daughter had to switch rooms because of it. Other than that, and again these things are not major issues, we had a terrific stay and it would not deter us from staying again if we were to return

We loved staying at this gorgeous and very private villa, but still walking distance to the charming town of Radicofani. We were 3 adults and 2 small children and we had an amazing and very relaxing time. The house stays very cool in the hot summer and is so comfortable and stylish. Laurie’s guidebook of restaurant recommendations and outings within a 30 minute drive was so helpful and we loved all her suggestions. We highly recommend a stay here!

Laurie’s home was perfect!!! The attention to details, the amenities, the ease of communication, the surroundings!!! It is a beautiful house with everything one could need and the surroundings are absolutely lovely. Abundant views from every window and outdoor space. I felt as if I had stepped into a dream. Sunsets and then moon sets in the morning over the Val D’orcia. Waking to birdsong and nature. The house is very close to the Centre of Radicofani, about a 10 minute walk. The town is charming, people are friendly and I found everything I needed; fresh bread and pastries, fresh produce, cheese and wine. Highly recommend a walk up to the fortress and a leisurely lunch at the restaurant there. The check- in was very easy. The hosts Deanna and Giampaulo are wonderful and warm. Everyone was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan life.
