L’appartamento appare molto più spazioso e ben fornito dal vivo che non nelle foto. I divani letto sono stati sostituiti da due splendidi letti. La cucina super attrezzata (e la vista dalla sua finestra verso il mare), l’amore per ogni particolare, l’atmosfera sofisticata ma al contempo avvolgente, fanno di questa casa un piccolo nido. Abbiamo fatto fatica a salutarla, alla fine della nostra vacanza! Chiara è un’host super, speriamo di vederci ancora! Grazie.

We had a great stay at Miss Claire Home. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and had charming decorations. The location was very close to a grocery store, bars, restaurants and the bus (which we easily took to Barcola Beach and Castello di Miramare). It was also possible to walk to Piazza Unità d'Italia for gelato, the Roman Theater, Castello di San Giusto (if you don’t mind some stairs!) and the port for a rental car. Chiara was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations on arriving and catching our train when we checked out- which we greatly appreciated since we were traveling with 2 kids.

Very comfortable place to stay, even for five large adults. All the beds were comfortable too. The quiet neighbourhood allowed us to have the windows open and there was always a lovely breeze. It was also an easy walk to all sights and close to the buses and trains. Chiara was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to my messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will be back.

Well located in terms of reaching attractions and parking for a fee by the port. There are cute, old-timey style furnishings and a sliver of a nice rooftop view. Our kids loved the musical instruments in their room. The master bedroom has a GREAT bed; entry hall of marble is gorgeous. Shower was great, kitchen fridge & oven great. Kitchen chairs were not the most comfortable but I am partial to soft chairs. Floor is super cold but there are slippers. For us it was on the pricey side compared to other offerings, but we did book Easter weekend. The living room could have more comfortable chairs and it is separated by a thin panel from the bedroom which does not extend from wall to wall, so it is not really a full room. The host was wonderful about us needing to alter our booking. But she seemed annoyed hat I could not grasp her coffee instructions and by a few other minor questions I asked, and wrote to me in a way that I found to be harsh. Maybe it was a language/culture issue.

Super stylish apartment and retro without being twee or kitschy. Lovely high ceilings and a quiet rear balcony on which one can enjoy a glass of Prosecco before cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen.
