The room was very clean and tidy, it was also bright and large. the house very good near to Mayo Clinic. The communication with Alex was very good and in addition to explaining everything about the house to me, he recommended nearby supermarkets. I would definitely rent with him again. I recommend it.

Alex is great and the room was perfect. The problem are the other people who lives there who don't clean after they used the kitchen

Great for longer stays, made me think me of a male dorm in the 50's, as I imagine it... As others said, the bathroom is dirty. No smell, just nobody cleaned the tub in years . Or the toilet. Curtain was clean. Water was hot. Soap, shampoo, sanitizing wipes. But: great location, safe (coded entry to house, key for room), convenient - half fridge per room, kitchen table, water kettle, Keurig machine, cups, dishes , pots, range, dishwasher (?!), downstairs washer/dryer with soap. Motion lights go on when they should, water pressure great, wifi strong. Room itself basic but clean. I didn't get the top sheet, I'm sure Alex would fix that if I had asked - he's very responsive - but I had my own blanket. Bed comfy. My 2-week stay was very quiet, but I could hear the occasional conversation in the kitchen. Most people were gone early and for the whole day (visiting/foreign students, residents, etc), For the price, it's a good deal, just remember to bring flipflops for your shower.
