Location is beautiful. Nice street (all similar homes), lake out back was lovely, quick (5 min) drive to Hunter. NOT a ski in/ski out property despite being tagged that way. Overall it was enormous, good for a long weekend with 16 friends(some skiers, some non). Lots of room to spread out, and we loved the fire pit, back deck, and indoor fireplace. Hot tub water was not clear, and the breaker tripped after 15m of use. Host sent a repair person but they said the tub needed a part so we couldn't use it the rest of the stay. We were offered a free night for next trip but no money back. Could use some love on the details - broken dishwasher latch, leaky coffee maker, grill in very rusty shape, cobwebs and dust in upper parts of the living room, Xmas decorations were up in late Feb, nowhere to hang bath towels, no bathroom fans. It would be nice to have a reference binder in the house - how to work the fireplace, wifi pword, etc. All info was in a long email that I had to pull up a lot.

This property was an amazing space for our family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The memories we all created was incredible. The house and views were breathtaking you didn't need to leave. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return for another stay. Teddy was a fabulous host and available anytime we needed. TY Teddy for making this trip one for the books

We had a wonderful time at Teddy’s house - we had a large group of families and everyone had a place to sleep, and more importantly, during the day we could have the kids outside or downstairs while the adults and babies had the main living room to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils and the big dining table was great for our Friendsgiving dinner 🎉. Teddy was super responsive - we had a couple of questions and she emailed right away and called to follow up. Thank you!

Do yourself a solid and book your stay here. I hosted a yoga retreat at Teddy’s home. Experiencing this home in-person was amazing. The photos don’t do this place justice. The area is peaceful and quiet. The house itself was spacious with plenty of space for us to move together and also find quiet alone time when needed, all while feeling like home. I also loved how many bathrooms there are - perfect for a larger group. Everyone enjoyed the views, the air, the quiet and the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, place). And the best part- Teddy. Teddy was an amazing host. Communicative and responsive throughout and very clear regarding rules and flexibility. I enjoyed working with her and appreciated her patience with all of my questions. Thank you Teddy!

Amazing stay at both of Teddy’s homes in Hunter which are conveniently located right next to each other. Each with a gorgeous lake & mountain view & lux log cabin feel. Plenty of space between the two airbnb’s for 30 ppl to host a company offsite. Teddy was responsive & accommodating—allowed early check-in without an extra charge. I will recommend her airbnb listings to my friends and hope to book again!
