Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Zur Wohnung gabs ein ÖV Reiseticket für die Region und ein genauer Ortsbeschrieb. Nach zusätzlichen Taxen (circa 10.- pro Tag) vor Ort ging es direkt zur Wohnung. Parkplatz und Skiraum wahren beides vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Bahnhof und man ist in 5 Minuten beim Terminal. Die Wohnung ist klein und simpel gehalten aber für Skiferien Ideal. Es besteht die Möglichkeit selber zu kochen in der Küche vor Ort. Grundausstattung von Geschirr sowie Toaster, Wasserkocher und Pfannen wahren da. - Zu empfehlen wäre eine Mikrowelle mitzunehmen. - Gewürze hat es keine das sollte Privat mitgenommen werden Sanitäre anlagen und warmes Wasser sind super. Es hat genug Stauraum in Schränken und Ablagen und zusätzlich noch ein Wäscheständer für Nasse Skikleider. Wir sind over all sehr zufrieden und bewerten den Umständen entsprechend 4 von 5 Sternen.

Très bon sejour dans la region de Grindelwald. Nous sommes allés récupérer les clés du logement à l'agence. L'hôtesse était vraiment super, très accueillante. Nous avons pu aller à pied jusqu'à Grindelwald à plusieurs reprises (environ 30min) et en train puisque la station est à côté de la location et l'agence remet une carte gratuitement pour pouvoir le prendre dans le sens Grindelwald ou Interlaken. Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il manque un four-microonde mais sinon très bien équipé pour 2. Seul bémol, la route passagère devant mais une fois fermé, nous n'entendons rien. Ce n'est pas forcément agréable de dejeuner dehors pour le coup même si nous étions contents de trouver une table et des chaises devant.

This is a good option in the Grindelwald area. It’s right by the train station and from there you can go pretty much anywhere you want. The staff were all very friendly, and helpful. There was a minor issue connecting to the wifi but they got back to me right away and fixed it so quickly. Such great service! It’s a nice place to stay for sure

This is not a worthy airbnb like I'm used to... We expected to stay at somebody's home but it's just a little studio from a rental company. Communication with Interhome was very bad. After reservation, we got only one email from 'Christophe' with the mention that we would receive a "travel coupon" later with all the information, never received it... I emailed Christophe twice for the address of the accommodation and other information, never got an answer at all... So, I had to call the company twice for the key (we were already on our way), seems that they only can hand the key between 16h and 19h... Before or after that you should get it from a postbox. No problem at all for us but the woman on the phone said she was going to text me the information to find the postbox with the key, never received a text message or email so we had to find it ourselves... Day after, we went to the office to check-in, seems that we had to pay an 147 CHF éxtra of which 50 CHF for 2 sets of bad- and bed linen?! For this price, I can buy 2 sets of brand new linen... And an additional cost for the final cleaning: 35,50CHF x 2 persons = 71 CHF?! So, if I would be alone, the final cleaning would be cheaper? I don't get this. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves, throw away the garbage, undo the beds from the linen and collect other laundry (as it is said in the brochure). So I don't know why we should pay an extra 71 CHF, to do almost everything by ourselves except cleaning the floor and bathroom? The room itself was OK, wifi was good, bed was good, kitchen was well equipped except we missed an oven/microwave. We hoped for a cosy airbnb stay in Grindelwald but all we got was an incompetent company that only wants to get money out of people, too bad. :-)
