Stayed for a month, great place to stay and responsive and helpful host. They have everything nearby restaurants and shops. Not the most beautiful neibourhood but to compansate there is so many cheap and good value places around.

Good for a short stay in HCM. Comfy bed and good location. Feels really secure. We could leave our luggage there after check out until our flight in the evening. Keep in mind that there is no window with daylight (the window opens into the corridor) so the room is dark all day if you don’t turn on the light. But if you're out exploring during the day, it's not a problem. Downside: The bathroom is fully wet after someone takes a shower but that’s a common thing in SEA. What bothered us a bit was the smell that usually came through the ventilation at noon (even when it was turned off). We assume that someone was cooking and the smell got into our room via the ventilation. As a result, it smelled of fried food one day and very strongly of onions the next. As there are no windows with fresh air, it was difficult to get rid of the smell.
