这家非常赞，在一栋公寓楼里面，楼顶有免费游泳池和健身房，很干净很便捷，房间内一应俱全，就像回到了自己的家一样，在这里做饭都没问题，而且还有洗衣机可以使用，房东人也很棒，回复很快，也会给我们很多游玩的建议，距离卡塔海滩很近，真的是一个性价比超高的地方！

We had a great stay at this property! The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to Kata Beach. The overall area is good too, with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would recommend this place for an enjoyable stay and good value!

Communication was outstanding throughout our stay. Location was great as it was away from the crowds and restaurants, but an easy walk home. Most of our tours had pickup available at the condo. 1.2km walk to the beach, which was amazing, and lots of restaurants there. The condo setup was very nice. Especially nice to have the clothes washer and drying rack. We did not cook here so, cannot comment on that, but it appeared to be well stocked. Felt safe in the condo and security to get in, and it was quiet at night. AC was good, and blackout curtain were great. TV was super with Netflix. We would stay here again.

it is very covinient to couple beaches. parking is easy and well accomdated. the place is exactly as owner described. i had wonderful stay there, kitchen cookware have enough coverage, downstair has 711 and lotus supermarket is only 10 minutes driving away. It is one of the best place for taking vacation at phuet
