Splendido posto, camera da letto grande e confortevole , spazio per parcheggiare la macchina, tranquillità assoluta , colazione abbondante ed estrema gentilezza dei proprietari . La vista dal giardino, dove si fa la colazione all’aperto, su San Gimignano è impareggiabile .

The location could not be better for visiting San Gimignano, being a short walk from the walled city, yet so peaceful and tranquil with an amazing view of the city, which we enjoyed each morning with a delicious, homemade breakfast to start the day, and sipping wine in the afternoon. As perfect as the B&B is, what made our stay special was the warmth and friendliness of Francesca and Mauro. Francesca was extremely responsive and had perfect recommendations with great insight into San Gimignano and the surrounding area. And she and Mauro were so friendly and welcoming. (Be sure to sample their olive oil — we purchased a liter to bring home!) We arrived as guests, but we departed as friends! We highly recommend their B&B and hope to return someday!

Wonderful place to stay! The hosts were great, made us feel welcome, and had great suggestions on where to eat and the best times to visit the town center. We would definitely stay there again. In fact, for our next visit, we hope that Francesca and Mauro have set up a tour of their olive fields :).

Grazie a Mauro e Francesca per l'ospitalità e i preziosi consigli per il viaggio, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Solo la colazione vista san Gimignano vale il prezzo del biglietto. Ci rivedremo presto :-)

1000/10 recommend staying. View is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. Mauro & Francesca make you fee right at home. Only regret is not staying longer!
