Peter was friendly and easy communication. We chose this location for practical reason so for us it was perfect. It is located on a slightly busier street but the location of the flat is at the back of the house and we had no noise. This property is pet friendly so for us a plus point. The flat is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are slightly more difficult: the master bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom. No windows but you can leave the door open and still have some privacy. The 2nd bedroom is very small with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. This room has no window and is far too small for 3 people. It is a bit claustrophobic. So there is 1 bathroom, the ensuite to the master bedroom. This means if people are sleeping in the master that others cannot use the bathroom. Fortunately, the toilets are separate. I can recommend this place for short stay. For longer stays a bit difficult due to the layout of the bedrooms/bathroom.
