Nightmare Airbnb host and experience House is immediately below a major high tension line and this was never explicitly indicated on the description. No bedding provided and only realised this when I read earlier reviews and upon asking was informed that it was subject to a charge. Serious safety incident with a radiator and unsecured mirror in the bedroom that fell on one of the guests. A heavy radiator and mirror were secured onto a partition wall with inadequate mounts and mirror was just standing on the radiator. It then fell and injured one of the guests as we were preparing to leave. Dishwasher also unsecured in the kitchen and kept breaking dishes if not careful when opening. No startup cleaning materials,bin liners and laundry or dishwasher tabs were provided even though the host had a complicated list of demands in this respect. Hosts rulebook expected us to clean up in spite of us having paid a cleaning fee on the booking. Random notes left all over the house of what we could not do. Hosts relation showed up unannounced late at night at 11pm one night wanting to access the house. WiFi wasn't working. Beds and mattresses were very poor quality. So many other problems too numerable to mention. Avoid this property and host.

Very stylish and clean home in a nice neighbourhood, note essentials are not supplied at this property. Heating was set on summer setting and restricted hours, host requests extra $ for extension of these hours in mid winter.

Ideally placed between two tube stations - perfect for our purposes (to visit central London and visit relatives nearby). Very good standard of decor and equipment. Easy off-street parking. Hasn't quite decided if this is a rental or a home e.g. advisory notices and yet "invitations" to water the plants. Our stay coincided with strong winds which blew over several outside plants on multiple occasions so these could be fixed more securely. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in very pleasant house and neighbourhood.
