Overall we had an amazing time in Galveston and I loved that we weren’t too far from the beach and the pier! The only things we struggled with, was it was a bit hard to find the house at first, and we didn’t really enjoy having to park across the street. Also we noticed that our dog had a few fleas on her and we took her to the vet and got her groomed prior to our trip. I’m not sure if it had to do with the yard when we would take her out to use the bathroom, because the house was clean. Aside from all that Michael communicated really well and recommend a lot of good places for us and the house was stocked up with what we needed!

If I owned the place the yard and property would be prestine, don't leave almost empty cleaning items as hand dish washing soap was, and be quick to respond when upper unit leaking water to the lower unit, ceiling in B unit i am certain has some standing water in it, I sent Michael pictures the evening I called and not sure this was ever fixed. Make sure dresser, chests don't have screws and such left in the drawers, cleanliness has to always score a 10 regardless of price point. The back yard as it is is not attractive to relax in, looks neglected/unmanicured. The win was largely the location to The Gulf.

Texted Michael that flies were in the house and that ceiling lights needed replacement. The pet hair was all over the couch and I used their vacuum to clean it up. Friend sat on it and got pet hair all over. Michael responded quickly. However couch is outdated and dining chairs were stained. Pillows and bedding a bit worn also. Bathroom soap provided was watered down a lot. Body soap was a large bottle of VO5 wash. It was an ok place to stay but by the rating I expected a lot more.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was very peaceful and comfortable! We highly recommend staying here if youre in the area! Michael was very fast to respond any time we messaged him! Very nice host! Thank you again for everything!!!! It was perfect!
