Sarah is the definition of a super host! Very responsive to all my queries but what stood out was the catering she arranged for Christmas Day lunch for 13 people. The food was delicious and consisted of local dishes and traditional Christmas dishes. Way too much food which fed us for the next few days. The house has everything you need. We had 6 kids with us and each of them loved the house, especially the pool area and were super excited that there were pet tortoises. Was certainly a home away from home. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be able to return one day.

In einem Satz : besser geht's nicht! Zum Beispiel zwei (!) Kissen für jeden auf dem Bett! Barry denkt mit, ist super nett und hat viel Humor. Appartement ist voll ausgestattet und super sauber, Toller Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen! Wir bekamen Früchte aus seinem Garten und alle Infos die wir brauchten. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber!

Sarah and Barry are great hosts, it was our first time using Airbnb although we travel extensively and it was all great, I would highlight the pool while watching many birds in the patio, honest hospitality, a great location to explore Mahe, very near a popular beach, good restaurant, market and a gas station. Accommodations were clean and had everything with the all important AC working fine. Highly recommended. PS - As a bonus you may meet Shakespeare, go and find out.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, modern und mit vielen Küchengeräten ausgerüstet. Es hat einen gut gepflegten Barbecue. Alles top und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt für Self Catering. Bade- und Strandtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Was wir sehr genossen haben, war der Whirlpool vor der Haustüre. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt. Auch die Hausschildkröten haben einen grossen, sauberen Auslauf. Als Mieter vom Appartement darf man auch den Swimmingpool und den grossen Whirlpool mit nutzen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand, einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und nahe zum Städtchen und Supermärkten. Der Strand war für uns einer der schönsten von Mahé und auch sehr schön zum schnorcheln. Leider haben wir Sarah nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Sie ist aber extrem schnell beim Antworten und wir erhielten schon vorab viele Informationen. Dafür durften wir Barry (Sarahs Mann) und seinen Bruder John geniessen. Sie sind wunderbare, sehr aufmerksame Hosts und herzensgute Menschen! Da kann man sich einfach nur wie zu Hause fühlen. Und als Musiker fühlten wir uns sowieso sehr wohl bei ihnen. Gemeinsames Musizieren und Singen an freien Abenden war für uns eines der Highlights unseres gesamten Aufenthalts auf den Seychellen! Ihnen und auch den Mitarbeitenden nochmals ein herzlichstes Dankeschön! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Now that I'm down off the cloud from our stay at RBV I can comment with a clear head. Barry and Sarah and of course brother John made our vacation. The apartment at Royal Bay Villa was spotless and very well equipped: bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, BBQ, hot tub you name it's there. The yard (garden) is beautiful, neet and we'll maintained by Randolph. The tortoises, Shakespeare and company, are a blast to feed and photograph. Barry; and John whom we were lucky to meet while there, are a trove of information about Mahe and the country. Just great people to talk to in general. We stayed our first two weeks of four and I wish we stayed there the whole time. Please be sure to say hello to Allen at the fruit stand on the corner. To Sarah, Barry and John, Thank you so much for making s feel like part of the family, good luck and see you in the future.
