La casa di Rita é super accessoriata molto pulita e con ampi spazi da vivere anche per una famiglia con tre bambini come la nostra. Rita é super accogliente ci siamo sentiti a casa. Torneremo sicuramente

Rita is a wonderful host and she was super friendly. We also enjoyed the bottle of wine she gave us. We really enjoyed our short stay at her cabin. The location is great and there are so many nice places to see around this beautiful town of Stava. The rooms are nice, clean and cosy. The cabin is well maintained and I really liked all the decoration and curios. Lots of beds, so kids can sleep easy. The front yard is beautiful and I love the flowers and the lush green grass. The backyard had a dining table and chairs, which we didn’t really use much but was nice to sit and enjoy the stream of water that flows right behind the cabin. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. The dishwasher and washing machines both work well. One bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and the other is a shared bathroom which has a bidet & shower. Try not to take long hot showers, water takes a while to heat (we were 4pax) and the last one showering immediately suffered the most. The only 2 negative comments (areas of improvement) I have is. 1. No Central AC or Fan: It was extremely warm with no central AC (it’s stated in the AirBNb listing that there is central AC, but there is none, which was a bit of a surprise for us. With the intense heatwave a fan in each room would have been really comforting & would have elevated our stay). 2. Poor quality sleep due to above point: a. Bugs & Insects & Outside noise: We were asked to leave the windows open for air in the evening which allowed bugs & insects to come inside as well as street noise & early morning sunlight. Also, every morning at 530am, someone was watering the yard and there was a lot of noise. So we all barely slept. b. Master bedroom bed & Quilt: is big but it is sunk in the middle part which was not very comfortable to sleep. Also, wish there were simple bedsheets given instead of warm quilts, which didn’t help with the warm apt. Despite the above issues, we will surely miss the cabin, hopefully Rita will look into these finer details which will elevate the stay of other guests. She’s super nice and friendly. We would love to stay here again (in summer hopefully Rita will install fans or an AC and will look into my suggestions).

Incredible hosts, it really feels as if you're staying with the family. Perfect, idyllic little village with incredible sights right around the corner 👏🏼😇 you won't ever find a better place in the Alps!

Rita was a great host and we had a great time. The house is better on reality than on pictures and the view is breathtaking!
