Excellent house finished to a very high standard. Beautiful views out over the North Sea in a very peaceful and private location. Lovely part of the country with plenty to do and see. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice and warm too. Excellent check in and the fresh flowers were a lovely touch as were the empire biscuits. We were 4 adults and 3 young children under 8 and all had a great time.

Absolute breathtaking views! Lovely clean house with ample outdoor space. Highly recommended and both Rosie and David we great hosts. Thank you for the pleasant Stay. Will definitely be coming back.

2nd time I've stayed, it's a really lovely place. Spacious, private, close to the beach, incredible view.

We had a really lovely long weekend at Lilybank (5 adults, 2 teenagers). Lovely house in a beautiful location, with plenty of space and sitting areas to relax and enjoy the views. It was made even better by the glorious weather. We enjoyed a walk along to the picturesque village of Johnshaven, with a delicious lunch from the Lobster shop (which we highly recommend!). We also really enjoyed our visit to St Cyrus beach and Dunnottar Castle.
