Second time guests and our go to place when visiting San Diego. A solid 5 star!
This place was very nice and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with good pans and even water. The bed was comfy and clean, which was great! The only downside was parking (during the weekend). Parking was so hard to find, had to drive around for 10-30 min just to find a spot. So beware, but it was expected!!! The bathroom was nice but there were shaving clippings from the previous stay in the sink and on the floor. Not that big of deal but was unexpected. It did feel very humid in the house so we used the dry function on the ac unit, it seemed to work. Overall good stay but would be uncomfortable if we were at the house all day and didn’t do things.
Great host and amazing place to stay!
This was the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It had everything you would need in a kitchen - appliances, gadgets, barware, etc. The furniture was beautiful and unique with lots of memorabilia and great info on the history of San Diego and of the bungalow and location. The unit was fitted with umbrella, towels, beach stuff, games - they went above and beyond to think of everything possible to offer great hospitality. Can't recommend this place enough!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Loved the location and cozy charm. Cottage was very clean and very quiet considering its central location. While we didn’t really take advantage of it, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked (there are lots of great restaurants right nearby). Kristen was super helpful, provided clear instructions, and responded to messages right away. This was the perfect spot for exploring Hillcrest, Downtown/Gaslamp, Balboa Park, Mission Hills and more. It’s a short Uber to the beaches and easy to catch the bus everywhere else. We’d definitely stay there again.
