What a quaint, cute little spot! Donna was very responsive and very helpful throughout my stay. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops. The outdoor space was the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Parking was a bit tricky, as it’s street only, but doable. Overall, wonderful stay!

Great location, walk to nice restaurants. Cozy Spanish adobe with history….clean inside and nice landscaping! Donna & Kris were responsive and proactive…we had some issues with lock and Kris addressed it right away. Very welcoming and healing!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen and clean towels. Everything was less than 20 min away by Lyft. Plenty of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely be back in the future.

• Metered parking: There are 4 metered parking spots directly in front of Alcazar Court Bungalow Court. The east side of Third Avenue offers unlimited parking, while the west side has 2-hour limits. Robinson Avenue has 2-hour limit parking meters from 8 am-6 pm Monday-Saturday. Metered parking is free before 8 am, after 6 pm, and on Sundays.
• Spot Angel app: The Spot Angel app is a good local parking spot locator.
• Lyft and Uber: Lyft and Uber users never have to worry about parking.
This is a great option for guests who want to avoid finding or paying for parking.
• Be sure to check the meter or street signage for information about parking times and limits.
• Always lock and secure your car.
• If you are unable to find metered parking, you can try parking at the AirGarage parking garage on 4th Ave. This garage is open 24/7 and offers both hourly and daily rates.
• If you are unable to find adjacent parking, you can unload your luggage by parking very briefly at the Red Zone in front of Alcazar Court – but do not leave your car unattended - not a legal parking place.
• Another option is to park at the nearby AirGarage parking garage on 4th Ave. This garage is open 24/7 and offers both hourly and daily rates.
• There are hundreds of restaurants and cafes, coffee houses, wine bars, a brewery, and bars. This is a gay-friendly area – Everyone is welcome here.
Multiplex Landmark Theaters is just a 5-minute walk.
