I had an amazing time at Abir’s place. I loved everything about it. The place itself felt very homie. Artistic furnishings, huge space, comfortable and very clean. I had more than I need. My favourite is the swimming pool and the beach. Everything was private, it is the best place to relax, reset, and recover. I would come back again in a heart beat.

The resort was beautiful, the area was very quiet, perfect for us. The night we arrived we were told the unit had a water leak [due to a previous reno in the unit above] and had to be fixed during our stay. We get that, but because of some ambiguity with communication, we wasted a large part of the day dealing with it. The leak caused the ceiling to partially fall and Plumber said there was a huge roach problem. We asked for an exterminator. He came day 2, but we had roaches every day On day 3 we stepped in water in the hallway, more leaking, another plumber had to come. Major inconveniences. At the end of our stay Abir offered us a small refund [not even one night] IF we either rated her 5 stars or not at all. We requested a refund of 2 nights plus some. Abir resisted and tried to make us feel we were just lucky to be there. In the end she refunded some but not even 1 night, we are not satisfied. She did not seem to care about all the inconveniences we endured.
