住宿離九份老街很近 慢慢散步過去 很舒服 有一個大客廳 朋友聚在一起 超開心 本來擔心房東住在一起會不會不方便 但完全沒有這個問題 度過了一個很開心的週末 喔 對了！樓上房子跟客廳的view 超棒的 很喜歡，而且也都有浴缸可以泡澡！ 在我心裡評價很高 大家可以來這邊玩！ 謝謝房東提供這麼棒的房子跟大家分享💖

This place is well situated, with three bedrooms, each of which has two queen beds in it. The views are terrific, and the location at the quiet end of old street is perfect. We will return next time we come to Jiufen. It is important, to be fair, to let other renters know the problems. One was cleanliness, the other was the kitchen. Regarding cleanliness: though beds and sheets were clean, it was obvious the place had not been thoroughly swept or dusted in quite some time. The windows, likewise, had not been cleaned, which is a shame when the views are so great. The kitchen was our big disappointment. It has no amenities except for a hot water pot. No oven. No microwave. A small box fridge. No plates, cups, or utensils at all. There was one fork and one spoon by the sink and that's it. No pot or pan or even a hot plate to heat anything up. For the price, these basics should be included, as they are extremely practical, even in a place where most people would eat at old street. As you plan your stay, be aware that the three bedrooms are not of equal quality. The top one is the best. The second floor is also nice. The bottom floor however is dark and musty, and has no view at all. So just know that whoever you share the rental with, those in the bottom bedroom should not pay as much. There are also huge, lovely bathrooms. Others on airbnb have complained of uneven hot water but we had plenty. Also of note, there is a parking space in the building which they let us use, which was hugely helpful. So in sum, a lovely building in a perfect location with very responsive owners. We will rent here again. However, this time at least, the kitchen could use some basic supplies and the cleaning could be improved. When we rent again, if this is improved, I will be sure to add that in a next review.
