Ramila vastasi nopeasti ja Raulito oli avulias ja tuli nopeasti avuksi jos oli jotain ongelmaa. Tykkäsin asunnosta kovasti..hyvällä paikalla (alhaalla 7/11 ja kadun toisella puolella Sugbo Mercado ja todella lähellä Ayala Mall Central Bloc) siistillä ja turvallisella asuinalueella IT Parkissa. Wifi oli nopea ja toimi loistavasti. Pesukone oli plussaa ja toimi hyvin. Lisäksi oli Netflix Ramilan tilillä. Ja asunto on riittävän iso 2 hengelle (35 neliömetriä). Lämmintä vettä tuli suihkussa ja pöytä oli mukavan iso kun teen töitä usein kahdella tietokoneella. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava kokemus ja halusinkin varata sen pidemmälle mutta valitettavasti se oli jo varattu.

I extended it for another month and stayed there for two months. The host family who helped me check in early in the morning were very kind, the house was clean, and the bedding was well washed. Due to the nature of the tower, cockroaches seem to be unavoidable, but other than that, the location was great and it was a great place to live. Netflix and YouTube were also great.

Great location! Apartment has all that is need it for being comfortable. The location is accessible to restaurants, Ayala Mall, banks and bus terminal. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu City for leisure or for first time visitors.

This unit is very nice, and we liked it enough to extend for 8 months. It had a spacious bedroom compared to other 1 bedrooms I saw in the building, and a washing machine which was very nice. Everything was up to standard. It’s located in IT park which has many restaurants and food stands right out the front door, and a 7/11 is a few minutes walk. It’s also across from a medium sized mall with just about anything you could need. I highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was as advertised, with plenty of communication. WiFi and Smart TV worked perfectly. Was great for 2 visitors.
