The 4 star Apartment with 60Sq.M. is located in the first (for Americans in the 2nd) floor, with lift and barrier free. Our house is located in the very heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. You´ll have Restaurants, Stores, Bars and much more within a few walking-minutes from your doorstep. There is no way you won´t love our house! Families with children, groups or buisness-trips and couples. Our house was built in the 1890s and was elaborately restored a few years ago, to fit a barrier-free, low-energy-standart. We emphasize first-class equipment but still want to fulfil our responsibilities in this day and age and use less energy and minimize our impact on the environment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, modern und sauber.
Centrally located in Garmisch's walkable shopping area, this place offered easy access to any shops and restaurants and was a the perfect jumping off point for any other local travel we wanted to do. Easy access to parking, grocery stores, tourist information (although Michaela and her team provided a WEALTH of information), walkable to the train station and the Zugspitse-bahn. A clean restful location with a very home-like feel. We would happily stay here again!
Very centrally located - great place to stay
The apartment is very clean/modern and has all the amenities. The location is amazing. Very easy and host was very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants/attractions/shopping.
