The farmhouse is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing area. The nearest village, with all facilities, is only a few km. Many typical restaurants in the surrounding. In a short time you reach the beaches, cities of art, parks and spas. This property, composed by 5 apartments, is suitable to couples and families with children. Your furry friends are welcome! The apartment (4+1 beds) is on the ground floor and consists of spacious living room with kitchen (sink, stove, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), bathroom and two bedrooms (double and twin). The accommodation has satellite TV and fireplace. Outside, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining. On request and at no additional cost, you can have cot and high chair.

Apartment was great. Close to beaches and wineries plus very affordable. Pool was nice to relax by.

The farmhouse is surrounded by the greenery of countryside, in a quiet area, not isolated. It's easy to reach by car.
The farm is located a few km from Sticciano and Braccagni, where there are all essential services: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank with ATM, newsagent, coffe shop...
The nearest restaurant is only 500 m. Nearby, there are many restaurants and typical Tuscan trattorias where you can taste the best of our cuisine.
We have an agreement with two restaurants offering, to our guests, a discount on a la carte menu.

The farm is only 20 minutes by car from the beach of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The nearest town is Grosseto which is reached in about 15/20 minutes. Siena is only an hour away by car.
The area offers many cultural attractions like Massa Marittima, Roselle and Vetulonia, Pitigliano.
We are close to the nature reserve of Belagaio and in an hour by car it's possible to reach the Uccellina Park.
In the area, SPA resorts like Petriolo and Saturnia.
