Great house close to the beach. The house itself is well maintained and cool - there was no need to use the air-conditioning. We enjoyed the shaded veranda and outside dining area very much, especially in the morning and evening. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. The beach is just across the road, but far enough from the road that there is only some noise from cars etc. There is a small supermarket around the corner, a larger supermarket is slightly more than 5 minutes by foot. Ilaria, the host, was responsive and easy to communicate with,

Ilaria hat uns während des Aufenthalts unterstützt - sie hat uns flexibel Zugang zum Haus geschafft, nachgefragt und unterstützt (bei Fragen zu Grill und Staubsauger) Die Lage ist sehr gut- man geht über die Straße und ist anständig. Weitere sehr schöne Strände zwischen 5-50 Minuzen zu erreichen .. alles dabei. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und man kann fusslöufig die Geschäfte und auch Restaurants erreichen Das Haus war sehr gut gesichert

Beautiful home very close to the beach. Highly recommend it! It looks exactly like the photos and even better. The garden is huge and very quiet area. We had the best time. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic Villa, felt secluded. Very short walk to the public beach. 5 minute walk to the local restaurants. Great beach town vibe.
