This beautiful apartment is a few blocks from Deer Park, which is so pleasant after a day in Delhi. It is surrounded by good retail, Starbucks, and good restaurants. Haus Kaus Village is a short walk and very fun. We graded on a curve in terms of cleanliness, because this is an old building. The best thing was that all three of us had our own rooms with en-suite bathrooms! I would definitely stay there again if traveling with my adult kids.

Overall my stay here with my family was good. Though for my first time traveling in India, there were a few unexpected surprises. The hot water was very limited and the flat was quite cold in January. We rented one small space heater from the caretaker, but should have asked for more. There were plenty of warm blankets. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but we were grateful for the amenities provided. The flat could use a good deep clean. The caretaker Kailash was friendly, responsive and helpful as was Sumir, the host. The flat was very spacious, quite, and felt safe. The location was nice too with essentials within walking distance, though cabs had a hard time finding it.

Amazing experience with this place. All the amenities were there as mentioned and in kitchen also all the utensil and electronic item were there. Host is very responsive and friendly. Help us whatever we require. Airport and railway station are near.
