What a pleasure - Jon is a great guy doing great things and hosted a lot of great people, would have loved to stay longer and will be back someday hopefully. Nice private room with kitchen and nearby shops not far from lots of amazing beaches. Also warung guero is a must for fish tacos

My stay at Jon's place was just as I expected. It was a chill atmosphere for me to enjoy my last few days in Bali. Jon is welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I got there. The other house staff were attentive and rented me a motorbike.

It felt very homely right away. I met some nice people there as well so it had the upside of a hostel but I had my private room which was an awesome combo. Jon was really friendly, responsive and helpful. Great place to stay and socialise. The only downside for me was that after the Gili island the streets were soooo busy around there and this area is not an ideal place for walking everywhere. I don’t ride scooters but if you do, you’ll be absolutely fine.
