This review is based on a 4 month stay. The host: Carlos is a great guy! Always responds quickly. His instructions are simple and concise. When asked he provided great restaurant suggestions. The building: Clean, quiet and secure. Loved the initial security gate located at the sidewalk. Attractive courtyard leads to the secured entry door. Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Super efficient texting system that alerts you to deliveries and building information. Gym small but has all the equipment for a good workout. The unit: QUIET and comfortable. Tons of closet space. Comfortable bed. Nice size kitchen, bath and TV area. Love that Carlos included a desk! Trash shoot so convenient and on the way to the elevator. Parking: The parking structure managed by the Miami Parking Authority is a one minute walk from the building. The staff is remarkably polite and helpful. Monthly fee is very affordable at $50 Location: Directly across from the free “Metromover”. Total bonus

Carlos is such a great host. I needed a place last-minute and he did everything he could to accommodate. If you want a nice place downtown that is walkable, I suggest Carlos’ place. A few natural wine bars very close, if you’re into that.

El apartamento es como dice que es tiene todo y cumple... Es pequeño pero suficiente y no esta mal situado a 5 mins del bayside. El edificio la piscina es muy pequeña y el parking esta alejado... no esta en el mismo edificio. El principal problema es que toda la casa huele a mariahuana... la gente fuma en sus apartamentos y por los conductos de extracción sobre todo del baño se pasa de unas plantas a otras. De eso no tiene la culpa el anfitrion por que le pasa a todos los apartamento del edificio pero es desagradable... el baño apestaba sobre todo los fines de semana que es cuando el edificio esta lleno de short rentals.
