The Playhouse Hotel is admirably situated right in the centre of the small and friendly town on Barraba, a lovely spot that breaks up the drive down to Tamworth. Parking was easy right outside, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and had good views, the dinner and breakfast of a high quality. The manager Andrew was very friendly and chatty, and gave good local advice. Overall we had an excellent stay and would happily return on another trip to Barraba.
