Awesome condo located in a very safe place. Has ac and hot water. Everything provided from toilet paper to washer and dryer. Has all the comforts of home. Close to all the malls, airport, and local markets. Friendly security guards and receptionists at the front desk. In the complex there’s a big pool, little store, little restaurant, atm machine, and a gym(40 pesos per use if you’re a guest) Although we didn’t see Luz, she’s so responsive to all my questions. Getting the key was super easy when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again. Thanks Luz!

We enjoyed luz’s place, it was spacious and felt like home, it was very close to everything. We had no problems here, and everything we needed was there. I recommend luz’s place Very good for families. Thanks luz

It definitely lives up to its name- “love ko to” because of the feeling you get once you stay in this “home”. It is truly your home away from home. Price is worthy and the vicinity of the area is close proximity to salons, spas and malls. Kids and young at heart will enjoy the pool. Friendly and accomodating staff in the building from cleaners to reception and security guards. The attention to detail from toiletries to simple amenities are great factor as you get to do things normal hotels cant offer. My family really loved the place and there is no doubt we will come back to this place. Bachelor or Families, whichever you maybe, i can guarantee that this place is no doubt a worthy place to rent out :) PS. Luz and TJ are superb superhosts ;)

The place is clean and enough space to move around. Luz is very accommodating on our request which we really appreciate. Will love to stay here again. Highly recommendable.
