The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wonderful large 3 bedroom 2 full bath home with beautiful swimming pool. Located in quiet suburb but biking distance to historic downtown Melbourne and a six-minute drive to ocean. Guests will enjoy 3/4 acre fenced in yard. Yes we are pet friendly. Two full seperate living rooms with shared kitchen. This property is set up perfectly for six adults who want to vacation together but also want their privacy. my home is large, open concept, it's very unique and that it has two completely separate living rooms divided by a shared kitchen. No smoking please.

This is our second stay at Sherry’s place. We feel very comfortable here. Sherry has been very good at keeping in touch with us and responding to any questions or concerns we have had. The decor is eclectic. Everything is comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us that stayed. The covered patio is great! The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for plenty of walking.

Fantastic place. Sherry was really helpful and responsive. The lanai and pool looked amazing and we enjoyed reading out there. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and it was too cold and rainy to use! There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Really great space.

I live in a small neighboorhood with well-established homes. my neighbors usually walk or ride their bikes to Historic downtown Melbourne. it is also only a 16 minutes bike ride to the beach. our neighborhood is within minutes from shopping, parks, beaches. Our neighborhood is very pet friendly. we are less than an hour away from Disney World. my home is 40 minutes from Kennedy Space Center.
when going to downtown Melbourne to check out the many restaurants and shops bicycling is the best way. there biking or driving to the beach. there are many boat, kayak rental places.
