Would definitely stay again. Nice and cosy place with all the amenities you would need. Close to town so loads of places to go out to. Spotless on arrival. Very swift communication. A very comfortable and stress free stay

Beautiful apartment, fab location, was super clean, great facilities, everything you could possibly need! Quick response time to any questions I had, excellent value for money! And you get breakfast! Cereal, toast, tea, even eggs! Such a lovely stay, will definitely be back!

This flat was so conveniently located; a 5 minute walk from all the shops, cafes and bars in Leamington, but also a 5 minute walk into the lovely countryside. It was very clean and comfortable, and Anne was really thoughtful buying all the breakfast things we would need before we arrived. She was also very speedy at responding to any queries. The only issue we had was that the ceiling was very thin so we could hear the family moving around above us.
