A hospedagem com o Gilson foi excelente. O acompanhamento da Elida também, que é a caseira que estava por perto sempre que necessário. A casa é confortável, atende todos os requisitos para uma boa estadia. A parte que mais gostamos foi a cozinha e externa, a varanda e a piscina, que é um espaço muito gostoso de ficar e descansar. Ao longo da hospedagem a internet caiu e não recuperou, o que não estava no controle o anfitrião. O local não pegava sinal de celular Claro, então parte do pessoal ficou desconectado na casa. Não atrapalhou nosso experiência em Alter, mas é um ponto a se considerar caso precise de internet estável. O local fica 20 minutos de caminhada para a ilha do amor. A gente aproveitou a caminhada todos os dias e não foi problema para a gente.

A melhor casa que irá encontrar em Alter do Chão. Muito espaçosa, cômodos âmplos, limpa e bem iluminada, casa super aconchegante (dá vontade de ficar só em casa kkk), aproveitamos bem todos os espaços sem nenhum desconforto, piscina limpa e bem cuidada, jardim amplo com espaço de sobra para os carros, ficamos hospedados em 11 pessoas com 3 carros. A área da churrasqueira foi o local mais frequentado, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha disponíveis. A localização da casa é ótima, gostamos muito da privacidade também. O que posso resumir é que foi a melhor experiência que tivemos, recomendo procurar o Gilson e reservar sua estadia em Alter do Chão com ele. Responde super rápido, além do suporte de toda sua família no que precisar, Gilson, obrigado por tudo, foi incrível hospedar nessa casa maravilhosa.

Certamente o melhor Airbnb que já fiquei. A casa é excelente, toda equipada, tudo limpo e organizado. O espaço é muito bom, acomoda um número grande de pessoas com conforto. O Gilson, o proprietário, é extremamente atencioso. Sempre responde na hora, de forma muito solícita, prontificando-se a ajudar de muito boa vontade. Fora todas as dicas que nos deu sobre Alter do Chão. Não tivemos problema nenhum durante a estadia. Muito pelo contrário.

Our stay was a mix of emotions. We arrived two days before Christmas to find the house in very poor conditions. Dirty bathrooms, dusty rooms, sticky dishes, and a very strong scent of mothballs everywhere. It definitely felt like we were staying at someone's house -- rags hanging on drying racks, dirty backyard, beds unmade, cabinets filled with stuff (suitcases, bedsheets, etc.). It was disappointing, to say the least. We were hoping for a stress-free holiday and thought an expensive Airbnb would do the trick. Wrong. We sent pictures to Airbnb and contacted the owner. The owner was out of town, but his parents came that same night, bringing some clean bedsheets. The mother apologized repeatedly and tried to fix the situation, for which we are grateful. But at that point, all good hotels and Airbnbs in the area were booked and our options were slim. The parents returned the following morning, bringing four family members to help clean the house. We appreciated the efforts, but what an uncomfortable situation! It felt imposing to have all those people come to clean around us the day before Christmas, but what else could be done? Everyone was clearly unhappy with the arrangement. Awkward. The house was cleaned and organized, and most of their personal belongings removed. Some areas were overlooked (bathroom in the garden room, dishes, etc.), but thoroughly cleaning the entire place would have probably taken days. The rest of our stay was pleasant. The check out was also uncomfortable. One of our kids broke one of the keys and the owner's dad pressed for the whole lock to be replaced, instead of just making a new copy (he said they did not have spare keys). Retaliation much? All in all, we are grateful the situation was resolved, but would definitely never stay there again, though the owner's mother offered us 3 free stays if we return. The house is nice and able to accomodate a large group like ours. But the stress and time it took to figure everything out is just not worth it. In addition, there are bugs (crickets, mosquitos, a few cockroaches, etc.) EVERYWHERE. Literally crawling on you in the middle of the night (not exaggerating). This is clearly an issue in the whole region, but appropriate pest control should take care of it.

Excelente casa ! Além de cômodos bem amplos tem tudo que você precisa ! Quartos com ar condicionado excelente ! Anfitriões se preocupam bastante com sua satisfação ! Além disso, Alter do chão é um lugar maravilhoso ! Pretendo voltar pois fiquei apenas 4 dias !
