Dave’s home was just as it is pictured. Was clean and we felt comfortable right away. Many cool personal touches in the house and bathrooms seemed newly renovated. He was great at communicating with us prior to the trip to get us prepared. It was less than 10 mins from gore mountain - ideal location. We would def go back again~

This was a great location for my family vacation! The interior was so nicely designed and comfortable. David was very helpful with helping us find great spots to go to, especially where to cliff jump. David was probably the nicest host I have met in Airbnb and overall was a great stay. I'm looking forward to booking this location again in the future!

We had a great time at David’s place. The house was very nice, clean, cozy, close the the mountain, and everything there felt like in home. Not having TV was shocking for the kids in the beginning but after they saw there was lots of board games, music, and spending time with each other it made the trip very enjoyable. David was very friendly and our phone call previous the trip he described everything we were going to find. It was great experience and great place to spend quality time with the family. Very recommend it! Thank you David!!

The house is cozy, but fits lots of people. Two bathrooms comes in super handy and the downstairs lounge area was great. Of course we were there on one of the hottest days of the summer, so there is no AC in the main house if that's an issue for you. We were fine as there were lots of fans and the movie area downstairs did have a free standing AC. The house isn't new, but also is not lacking and had tons of charm especially with the bedroom design. The outside deck was nice and had a charcoal grill (with charcoal) that we used. The house is close to a great swimming hole, and close to Lake George which was our main reason for going. Overall, great time!

We absolutely loved our time at the Llama House!! The house is fun, has all the necessary amenities, and the layout was perfect for our group of 9. We also loved the proximity to the mountain. Definitely recommend Izzy’s for lunch and bar vino for dinner. Thanks again, Dave!
