I have never seen host better then Vasia at communications. Friendly, proactive and clear instructions and she actually defined the word ‘hospitality’ by communicating nuances and trying to make our stay as great as it can be. Miltos waited for us and helped a lot to find the place and check-in/share local tips. Place is very private, located some 5 min drive from nearby village, in the middle of beautiful nature. If you don’t want to see people - its likely you won’t 😂. (But also make sure to find groceries before). Its pretty big territory with balcony with sea view, patio, to dine and sunbathe. Its also very beautiful and peaceful. It is perfect to relax outside. Unlucky for us this time of season too many mosquitoes in the evening - had to even sleep clothes on or get bitten. But its this time of the season and, well, nature. The star exhibit is “almost” private beach, literally downstairs from the house. Great retreat house overall and super hospitality from Vasia and Miltos!

We appreciated our staying at cottage Karavotsaki very much. We had relaxing days, a great view to the sea and Pteleos was very close for a nice walk. Many thanks to Vasia and Miltos for the warm welcome and their hospitality. We wish all the best, Manfred & Maria

Nous avons passé 17 jours très agréables dans la maison. L’environnement est magnifique et sauvage. Végétation superbe et animaux de temps à autres (une tortue, des marcassins, des fouines et d’innombrables oiseaux). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes terrasses, certaines ombragées pour les repas et d’autres ensoleillées face à la mer. La plage est vraiment en bas de la maison et quasiment privée. Matin calme après midi des vagues. La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque. Nous recommandons cet endroit comme nous les aimons pour des vacances loin de la foule et dans un environnement privilégié

If you are looking for peace of mind, this is the place. The "private" beach is just a very nice plus. We stayed almost 10 days with a family of 4 with two kods of 4 and 8 years old. The house is clean, the linens and towels were really spotless clean and soft and there was plenty for the full stay. That was a nice thing. The house has everything you need and we really enjoyed it. Pigadi, which is close, has nicr restaurants and other beaches. But we really enjoyed the "private" beach, to the point we did not go to many other beaches although there are plenty. Please think about visiting a big supermarket on the way there, like AB Supermarkets because those closeby have limited options. Also, the road indeed is very bumpy. Go slowly and in a tall car (we had a T-CROSS) and all will be fine.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Eine wunderbare Lage, direkt über dem Meer mit tollen Ausblicken von den verschiedenen Terrassen. Der Strand ist so gut wie privat- es sind kaum andere Leute da. Auch der Garten ist schön angelegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen- sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
