Jeremy has an extremely convenient place just a short stroll from the MTR station in an old traditional walk up flat. The flat is located in an old working class neighborhood but fast transforming due to the new MTR line and being so close to Central. So plenty, but eclectic, mix of traditional and new food outlets around. Great for someone who wants to see beyond the glitzy and expensive side of HK. Jeremy has tastefully done up his flat and its very spacious and bright for HK standards. Its also surprisingly quiet and leafy, so its a nice oasis and a big contrast to the noisy and bustling streets below. The only drawback is a walk up five floors in unkempt corridors. And being an old building, the bathroom is rather small - It can't accommodate a separate shower stall everything gets wet after a shower. However, that's only a small inconvenience compared to the rest of the flat and its great location.

A great property in a fantastic location. Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay in Jeremy's apartment, it is clean and well-decorated, and fully stocked with amenities and condiments. The lack of elevator may be a problem for those with plenty of luggage - but for others, it is good exercise! Jeremy was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This place is perfect for solo/couple travellers, small families, business travellers. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

Jeremy's apartment was nicely decorated and in a good location. Easy to get to and from train station. Only issue was the neighbours were very loud during the night.
