We booked this house based on the pictures and the reviews seemed nice. When we arrived, the security guard had no clue to get us in touch with the local house manager Kate until we had to ask several house keepers. There was a bit difficult to find Kate even I spoke in both Thai and English. Kate was very kind and polite although if you book here, prepare 5,000 Baht for deposit — it’s common in the area I guess but would’ve been nice if we would’ve known in advance, luckily we have cash and no need to run to the ATM which is not convenient to walk. Luckily we have a car to otherwise it’d be inconvenient to get around. When we got in, the house looked unlike the pictures (much older and smaller) and really needs a lot of maintenance. The 4th bedroom was separated from the main house with no WC, very old and smelly, we barely used it. The pool surface was broken, our son stepped on it and cut his foot so be careful with kids. Bring lots of sunscreen and bug sprays.

Aleks Airbnb was a great place to stay in Pattaya. A little bit out of the way, but not terribly far from everywhere we wanted to be. We had Kate meet us at the Airbnb and she was seriously the sweetest and very helpful. Her communication was quick and fluid and she always responded back within minutes of any issues or questions I had. She went above and beyond and I just want to send my sincerest gratitude for everything she did for my group and I. I recommend this Airbnb to all future guests. Take care Aleks and Kate!
