We’ve just retuned from 3 nights staying in the lower apartment. What a location! Short riverside walk into Hebden Bridge with its local shops, restaurants and canal walks and heading in the opposite direction a lovely walk to Hardcastle Crags. This is a peaceful gem of a place. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Though the April showers were hanging round we managed a few hours sitting on the decking catching the afternoon sun. Heather is around but not intrusive with helpful hints and tips of where to visit and recommendations for places to eat. If you’re looking to relax and unwind we’d highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Springwood Studios. It had everything we needed and was a cosy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The views were lovely, along with the sounds of the river and birds, making it such a tranquil getaway. The walk along the river into town is beautiful, and it's an easy walk back up via the roads/steps in the evening. If not a taxi is just £4. We did two lovely 8-mile hikes from the door, one up the valley to Gibbs Mill and Hardcastle Craggs. For the other, we crossed the river by the accommodation and walked up to Hepstonstall before joining the circular route of the Pennine Way and Hebden Bridge. The scenery was stunning. We will be back! Thank you!

Great place to stay for walks around Heben Bridge and the surrounding areas. Easy walk by the river to Hebden Bridge. Great spot.

We stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. The property was exactly what we wanted. It was cosy and warm with a well equipped kitchen, a comfy bed in a lovely peaceful bedroom and a hot shower in a very nice bathroom. Everything is good quality and the little touches like the Christmas Tree, milk and biscuits were much appreciated. It was easy to find the property and parking is outside the door - perfect. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't move the car as everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We will book again as it's an ideal base for walks in the area. The location is perfect. Just far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough for an easy walk in either day or night. Great access to the countryside with superb woodland walks. Hebden Bridge has all the facilities a visitor needs along with excellent public transport links to other places. Definitely recommend Saltaire. We’re already planning what to do on our next visit.
