这套房间空间比较大，不过位置是在山上，走到主路上坐双条车需要十分种左右。总的来说，性价比不错。

Beautiful sunset at the balcony is a great addition to this place. Kitchen is well-equipped. There is no TV and there is only one air-con in the bedroom. So, it gets too hot sometimes in the living room and dining area but it is windy sometimes. The apartment is spacious for 2 people. The host is very responsive and very polite.

Thanks very much for the great service in the warm condo ‘ everything we needed are provided by the host. Win is very nice person and we communicated very happily ‘ He made everything perfectly in use ‘ the condo is comfortable to spend a long relaxing vacation ‘ the pool is big enough to swim ‘ we can see the beautiful sunset from the balconies ‘ the two aircons in the rooms are powerful to keep cool ‘the kitchen can cook and we can find everything we need ‘ the living room and bedroom are big enough staying comfortably’ it’s about 10mins walk to the beach to enjoy the sunbathing ‘ 7-11 at the gate of the building ‘ about 10mins walk to the main road to take double seats truck by 10B per person to pattaya beach ‘ a short walk to the mountain near by where the big Buddha located ‘ Very safe to live in ‘ the door men are friendly to say Hi every time we met ‘ overall the best choice to live in Win’s condo ‘ see U next time
